While doing my usual photowalk at every city I visit, I saw this old madame crowded by a flock of birds, as if she's doing an important speech and every bird needed to hear what she had to say. Curious, I approached her and saw that she was apparently feeding them as she held out to the open a handful of grains. I must have looked awed at the sight of it that she grabbed my hand and placed some bits of grain on it for them to come to me.
And they did!
Seeing how delighted I was, she motioned to put some grain on my head. Before I could even react, she slowly placed some and the birds came flying towards me and pecked on my head like crazy! I had to cover my face in the beginning because their wings were flapping and I was worried they'd hit me on the face. After a while, it felt like a good head massage ahaha!
The birds were adorable. And so was the lady.
And I - I must have looked awkward, scared, and embarrassingly ridiculous as I looked around me and saw the eyes of people watching in fascination.
Oh well.
I was having the time of my life. haha! :)
My hair is dry, I know.
But please, don't make me feel like it is as dry as a bird's nest. :|
That definitely made my day. :)
